This course is part 1 of 4 of the Kickstarting Your Use of Report Stories curriculum. This training curriculum is designed to provide participants with all the basic skills they require to create Report Stories for their organisations.
Specific topics to be covered:
What are Stories? You will learn what Stories are and how they can help your organization. Introduction to SF Data Schemas. Learn how to find the data you need to report on in the SuccessFactors data schemas. Creating Data Sources. Learn how to create, edit and save Data Sources using the Stories Query Designer. Adding Fields and Filters. An overview of how to add fields and tables to your Data Source – including custom joins - along with a synopsis of filtering options. Calculated Columns. Learn how to use simple calculated columns. Creating your List Report. Learn how to take the elements you’ve created and build a simple, non-aggregated spreadsheet style, list report. Who Should Attend?
Anyone with interest or need to develop spreadsheet style list reports using Stories. This is also the 1st course in a 4 course series designed for report designers needing to create dynamic SuccessFactors’ operational reporting dashboards.

This virtual workshop introduces participants to Stories. You will learn how to create Data Sources – the foundation of all Stories report development - and use them to build spreadsheet style List Reports.
