What SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics tool is the SuccessFactors People Analytics tools designed to enable organisations to build dashboards that improve strategic HR decision-making. The 3n Strategy team has been working with the Workforce Analytics tool set for over a decade and are experts in its strategy, adoption and functionality. This four-course curriculum is designed to train attendees to become experts in Workforce Analytics - from basic queries to building reports to styling.
 
About This Course: Building Reports and Dashboards: Advanced Components (Course 3 of 4)
This course will teach attendees more advanced Workforce Analytics concepts.  This includes composite tables and data sources; and custom members, sets, and calculations, which enable the learner to expand the capabilities of their dashboards.   The content includes:
 
Composite Tables.  Learn how to combine queries to extend basic query capabilities.  Composite Data Sources.  Extend query capabilities in stand-alone data sources.  Custom Members, Sets and Calculations.  Go beyond the delivered measures and dimensions and create your own members, sets, and calculations for use in tables and charts.   
Course Duration and Format
This is an interactive, instructor led course lasting 4 hours, using presentations and exercises for participants to practice live during the session. 
 
Who should attend?
This course is designed for attendees looking to expand beyond the basic WFA table, chart, and dashboard creation capabilities.  This is the third course in a four-course series designed for report designers wanting  to create strategic Workforce Analytics dashboards.  
 
Notes and Requirements
WFA Access: Attendees must have access to a Workforce Analytics instance on which to work. In most cases, 3n Strategy is unable to provide access to the 3NS WFA Demo, so it is necessary for the attendee to have access to a functional WFA site in order to deliver the exercises. Note: Workshops will be delivered in a way which does not require participants to share their screens with participants from other organisations. Handouts: Attendees from organisations with access to 3n Strategy guides will have ongoing access to the guides for the duration of their Guide subscription. Organisations without access to the guides will be given PDF guides based on workshop content.
