This course will teach attendees how to set up and maintain SuccessFactors Report Stories, including RBP, Report Center organization, Report Story sharing, and Report Story scheduling.
Specific topics to be covered:
- Role-based Permissioning. Learn the necessary permissions required for Story administrators, Story creators, and Story consumers.
- Report Center Administration. Understand best practices for organizing Report Center, including importing and exporting, labelling, and author changes.
- Report Stories Sharing. Learn how to share Stories with users, groups, and roles. Create a shareable link for a Story.
- Report Stories Scheduling. Understand Report Stories scheduling, including format, notifications, and timing.
